Local 675 Ohana Take On 33rd Annual Greate Aloha Run

Patrick Geraghty and his wife.The 2017 Great Aloha Run that took place on President's Day attracted more than 20,000 participants, from athletes to Keiki . Race-goers took off from Aloha Tower at 7 a.m. to make the 8.1 mile trek to the finish line at Aloha Stadium.
Among the thousands to hit the pavement were Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 675 employees, members and their families. Local 675 covered members' entry fees and hosted a complimentary breakfast after the run at the Stadium Hospitality Room.
"We are committed to our members, their families and their health and well-being," said Reggie Castanares, Business Manager for Plumber s & Pipefitters Local 675. "It's always nice to see our members and their Ohana enjoying one another , and are grateful to be part of another successful Great Aloha Run."
The Great Aloha Run has raised over $11 million in the past 32 years, which goes to support over 150 nonprofit health and human service organizations and community groups in the State of Hawaii . The annual event takes place on the President's Day Holiday.
