Long time Union signatory company, Elite Mechanical, celebrated their 30th anniversary this October. The event brought together employees, industry partners, and friends to honor three decades of craftsmanship and service, while also recognizing the transition to the company's new generation of owners.

The celebration paid tribute to former owner's Tom Nishi, Owen Muramatsu, and the late Pat Miura whose vision and dedication made Elite Mechanical the highly respected commercial HVAC contractor it is today. Elite Mechanical was founded in 1995, and attributes much of their success over the years with the foundation of simple but meaningful values: providing quality work, taking care of customers, and taking pride in their craft. Values of which the company's new ownership team, Kuan and Trudy Yuan and Kasey Komeiji, hope to perpetuate and build upon for the next 30 years and beyond.

Kuan, Trudy, and Kasey are dedicated to keeping Elite Mechanical peoplecentered and future ready. Kasey, with 17 years of experience within the AC trade, stated, "We started with a great foundation and now we are looking at how we can take this to the next level. To keep the quality of your product where you want it to be that's the trick. It's how you can stabilize the quality of what you produce. That's where our focus is in growing as a skilled trade, and what we aim to achieve."

They are committed to honoring the traditions of Tom, Owen, and Pat, even keeping the original core values that define Elite: Trustworthy, Passionate Learners, Sense of Urgency, MVP Performance, with the addition of an important core value: Ohana. "That's how we treat others and how we think of each other - as family," Kuan stated. Kasey added, "We want to create a work environment where people want to come to work. It was very important to us to create an environment like this, where people truly enjoy and love what they do, and can see it making a difference within the community." Elite Mechanical's commitment to craftsmanship, people, and community speak for itself. Congratulations once again on 30 decades of dedicated service, and here's to the next 30 and beyond! << Prev
