Congratulations to Our 2021 Scholarship Recipients!

We are happy to announce our 2021 recipients of the Plumbers & Fitters Local Union 675 Imi Loa Foundation scholarship. The deserving fifteen scholars, each the daughter or son of an active Local 675 member, working or retired, were congratulated with a check for $1,000 in their name. For precautionary measures, no luncheon was held this year again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Business Manager Valentino Ceria mentioned, “Although we could not gather at a lunch presentation, we were still happy to continue to support and recognize the deserving children of our members.” The winners for 2021 are listed in alphabetical order, noting their parental and qualifying Union ties.

We are also proud to announce that one of our own representing Hawaii Local 675 has been awarded a scholarship from the 2021/2022 UA Scholarship Trust Fund. The recipient show-cased in this newsletter is Danielle Ann Bonilla, who was among 110 deserving students selected from all UA Locals throughout the United States and Canada, pursuing undergraduate studies.
